Recently renovated guest rooms feature Caesars' signature bathrooms with marble and brass vanities and marble tubs. Tower Rooms feature nine foot ceilings, classic décors and oversized whirlpool bathtubs. As for dining, guests can pick from several fine or casual dining experiences. Bradley Ogden, the celebrated San Francisco chef, prepares hot and cold foie gras with kumquats, crispy black bass, and gnocchi with morels, and braised veal. The 808, which pays homage to the Hawaiian area code where chef Jean Marie Josselin achieved fame, features roast duck with lilikoi caramel glaze under a ceiling of copper seashells. At Vialé, guests can delight in zeppole, panini and focaccia sandwiches, antipasti, chicken, lamb, quail and beef. Can you say "decadent?"
